S.221, or the United States-Israel PTSD Collaborative Research Act, establishes a grant program for scientific collaborative efforts between U.S. and Israeli researchers around the research, diagnosis, and treatment of PTSD. School children at the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) are being taught violence and antisemitism in the classroom. Textbooks in these schools erase Israel from maps, encourage violent behavior, and refer to Israel as the “enemy.” Partly funded by American aid, teaching hatred undermines American efforts to foster peace and perpetuates hatred against Israel and Jews.
