Congressman Chris Smith is in his 22nd term in the House of Representatives, serving New Jersey’s Fourth Congressional District. Congressman Smith is currently a senior member on the Foreign Affairs Committee and Chairman of its Global Health, Global Human Rights and International Organizations Subcommittee. Rep.
