Congressman Steve Womack represents the Third Congressional District of Arkansas. Elected in 2010, the Congressman sits as a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee, Chairman of the Financial Services and General Government (FSGG) Subcommittee and sits on the Defense and Transportation, Housing and Urban Development (THUD) Subcommittees.  In 2021, Womack signed a letter advocating for sanctions and diplomacy to be utilized to counter Iran, and he cosponsored legislation encouraging the growth of the Abraham Accords.
